I want to hire someone on long term who are passionate about creating bots using python. I can pay 100$/month ,5H/day

I want a long term collaboration with someone passionate about coding that can build bots for marketing,mass message send,scrapping, instagram bot , tiktok bots and so on using python. This will be a long term collaboration with someone that is passionate about it. However please note the salary will be 100$/month and is required to work 5 hours/day. That is starting salary but if I see you can get these project to finish without issue and in time we can improve the payment as well. I ONLY need passionate peoples for coding. Since we are a small company and want to extend . Also in your bid specify at details other programs you create and if you have any certifications or exprience relevant ( !only freelancers that show some of the programs created will be taken in consideration! - you can have or no certifications but you must have a passion for making programs and coding). Also at first before any hiring you will need to pass a test creating a small/simple free sample program so I can check if you are right for this job or no.
