Hello Everyone,
R Coding Interview: Stock Price Analysis
We recently received stock ticker data for 776 stocks between January 2005 and November 2017. This data contains each day’s open, close, high and low stock price, along with the volume of stock (# stocks * price = value of the company). Some data has been webscraped to add to the stock ticker data, but is limited and has several missing values.
The data can be found in the following three files:
• data/[login to view URL]
• data/[login to view URL]
• data/[login to view URL]
These three files should help you answer the questions that follow. A general time window is added to each objective. It is not required to only use the recommended time, but it may help you gauge when you should move on and come back to questions you have not completed, or detail in writing how you would solve the problem were you able to code it.
All of your code should be written in the R file stocks.R. Your code should be well documented. If you find that you do not know how to code something in R, explain what it is you don’t know
in your comments, and how you would approach the problem in detail. In the event that you get
stuck, include the aforementioned explanation in the comments and move on to the next piece.
You have three main objectives that you will answer with the questions contained in the stocks.R file:
1. Explore the data and plot visuals you find useful. (30-60 minutes)
2. Build a model that detects stocks that are dependent on private equity interest. (60-90 minutes)
3. Find stocks that best match up over time, and assess how well they match. (60-90 minutes)
Some of these objectives have some directed code, but feel free to go further after completing the directed
code chunks.
When finished, save this file with all of the comments and code you have produced. This will serve as the
exam submission.
WHILE YOU HAVE A FULL DAY TO COMPLETE THIS, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO
COMPLETE THE ANALYSIS IN 4 HOURS. IF YOU FEEL THAT YOU WILL NOT FINISH
ALL OF THE QUESTIONS IN THE 4 HOURS, WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO USE THE
LAST 15 MINUTES TO LOOK OVER YOUR ANSWERS AND COMMENT IN THE FILE
WHAT YOU WOULD DO IF YOU HAD MORE TIME.
For your understanding, I am adding files here. One file is not attached due to oversize.
If someone is interested please let me know.
Hello there.. ,

Hello there,
The idea is quite clear. Well, I am a Data Analyst, I have experience in machine learning cleaning data and apply algorithms such as SVM, Naive Bayes, kNN, K-Means, and Random Forest, and also I have skills in association Rule and Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). I have wide experience in data visualization Ggplot , matplotlib and seaborn packeges . I am available and ready to start your work and completed as soon as possible
I use Jupyter notebook for python
Rstudio for R
I hope to have a discussion in the chat-box.
Regards
Hi There,
Hope you are good...!
I'm good at R programming and SPSS. I have completed my MBA with the steam of Finance. And I did my final year project as Investment analysis of Nifty 50 companies with the help of R programming and SPSS. I can make a good investment model as well.
Kindly give this project with me to explore my skills towards your need.
