You are requested to develop a design concepts and drawing for a 136 sq. m house Living room dining, kitchen and its bathroom the required theme for the room is modern design theme. I have attached images of the desired theme feeling of the required room. The winner candlelit must submit 3D render of designed spaces, once approved the designer must then submit detailed AUTO card drawings of walls, flooring tiles, celling theme. Required files - 3D Model in 3Dmax for the house Living area, dining, kitchen and its bathroom - Detailed AUTOCAD drawings of Walls, wall sections Flooring titles detail and ceiling detail. Including lighting locations and HVAC diffuse locations once concept is approved - Material list Excel table schedule of spaces, material (as per attached sample )
