I have hands on experience in 3D scanning as well as CAD for different applications I.e mold making, machining, 3D printing and prototyping. I have gone through project description and image you attached. Since we have laser cutting and engraving machines as well as other types of CNC engravers in our premises and have been working on it for years. In order to make or engrave these seals, In my opinion best machine is CNC engraver with tool having very small diameter, that will create required curves and radius. Good, there is a concept that I think is not clear, the laser can make a 2D engraving and the image you provide is in 3D, there must be that type of laser I have not seen it since the technology advances at breakneck speed , but in jewelry is used to make the art and print it in 3d with printer and make the ring from art, if you do not know the casting system or microfusion I invite you to visit YouTube and get more clear the system, I am a designer of jewelry and also CNC operator (numerical control design) and programmer of the same, I send you a ring in relief made by me so that you have an idea of the procedure explained above but until now I am not aware of a laser that does what you indicate, I am at your request for any information, now you can buy a special 3D printer for jewelry and that if it would give the effect you require, greetings, excuse my English, my works are made with rhinoceros and rhinogold software is specialized in jewelry

Hello I have been working on sheet metal parts and designing them in CAD tool from 4 years for automotive domain. Similar kind of laser cutting as per sketches provided for 2 mm sheet and laser engraving on stainless sheet metal 1.2 mm has been done in UG NX and exported it into machine compatible format. Machine used:- trote speed master It would be my great opportunity to work on this project as i have done earlier and known about tolerance and drawing principle to kept in mind as per machine capabilities.
