Market research on the Philippine BPO Industry Data needed: * Top level information on the largest 25 BPO's (BPO Name, Number of agents worldwide, Number of agents in the Philippines, List of locations) * Information on each BPO, What are the top 10 largest accounts per BPO? How many agents per BPO? How much does the BPO charge the client per agent? (Research can be done here by messaging current contacts, or people through forums) * Additional notes per BPO - What is their hiring process, etc Template is attached - and will need to be filled out for deliverables * Information must have citation and sourcing information Payment will be done on a per completed BPO analysis (e.g. for 25 BPO's, 4% for each page completed and accepted)
