Watching Medical Videos and Recording their Meta Data

We have > 1,000 medical videos (each 5-20 minutes long) that we need to split up into chapters. Generally a chapter is 5 minutes long, so some of the shorter videos can be considered one chapter in its entirety. However for the larger/longer videos we need to segment them. You must be fluent in English, with an ideal background/knowledge in medicine and/or biology. A chapter consists of: Title, Start and end times Associated Meta Data Case presentations often will be considered their own chapter, so chapter these accordingly. The information we are looking for most is: - Is there a case presentation in the chapter? - If so, what is the case data (age, gender, presenting complaint, diagnosis, therapy, etc) - What specialty does this chapter fall under? - What imaging modalities are mentioned? - What anatomical systems are being addressed? - What treatments are used? - Are any medical devices mentioned? (record device, trademarked name, medical company name, etc) Here are some examples of chapter titles: Routine Imaging Protocol Upon Stroke and Individualized Imaging Assumptions for Intra Arterial Therapy and Drug vs Device Guidelines for Management of Stroke and Levels of Evidence Here are some examples of titles used for case chapters. You can see the format is as follows: Presenting complaint | Treatment | Age | Gender Onset Left Sided Weakness | Caveat Microcatheter Injection | 81 | F - Secondary Solitaire Deployment CHF Hypothyroidism | Pneumbra and Stent Retriever | 58 | F CHF Afib and L Sided Stroke | Heparin tPA Solitaire | 63 | F Additionally, the videos in question are all from a conference that has been organized into sessions. We have the video titles, filenames, and speakers but we need to document which session each video is from. We will give you the conference programme that has the session data for you to populate in our spreadsheet.
