Finding items for Amazon FBA

I want a person who is able to do the item research for Amazon FBA for me. It would be great if they have accounts such as Jungle Scout or any other software that will help them with the research.
Research Criteria
1. At least 300 sales per month for each item
2. At least over 3000 sales from the top 10 items combined when the main keyword is typed into amazon.
a. Preferrably spread out throughout the 10 items
3. Less than 150 reviews
4. At least $20 in price. (19.99 is acceptable)
5. Maximum $40
6. Doesn't have a lot of moving parts.
7. The item should physically be small and light
8. Doesn't have any patents or special manufacturing method needed that can't be found in the Chinese factories.
