email marketing

Project is to send targeted emails to several business type.

What I expect:

- long term business relationship,

- sending emails by you,

- I need offer for each many type of business, how much emails you can offer to send, how much time do you need to do this,

- I need to know your average stats for email campaign, its mean... how much users click in the email message and go to website (CTR), how much traffic we can expect when we send for example 1,000,000 emails (how much % click, this is 2%, 3% or maybe 10% and more). I need to know approximate not specific numbers.

- all stats mentionet above to calculate if this is good for us, when we buy from you 1,000,000 emails campaign we will get 20,000, 30,0000 or 100,000 visitors.

- if your services are good and quality you can count on a lot of business from us and our clients.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
