I Have worked for an outsourced BPO Company had stayed in 2 different accounts which are both very hard. T-mobile as a Customer service agent in where we do multi-tasking such as explanation of bills, do basic troubleshooting on phones or services that have issues, explain locations of packages(UPS, USPS, Fedex), make a portion of selling phones and upgrading plans in where it would benefit customers as well as the owners of the company. For my second account, I had understood better how shipping and delivery orders are especially in how to direct customers in getting what they want as per special recommendations.
