Real Estate Virtual Assistant
$2-8 USD / hora
We are looking for responsible person with sales experience to become a member of our fast growing nationwide real estate investing business. You will need your own way to make phone calls to the US (SIP, VOIP, Smart Phone App over WiFi).
***Responsibilities Include, but not limited to***
- Receiving and making calls.
- Screening sellers (both owners and co-wholesalers) with a pre-scripted info sheet
- After screening sellers, calling up our referral companies, to see if they want to buy
- Data entry into Excel
- Sending/receiving documents electronically.
- Keep buyer and JV-Wholsalers list organized and cleaned. Clearly maintain each list for each market. Remove non-performing or unrelated info from each market's spread sheet. Goal is a clean and responsive list.

Initially, looking for 20 hours a week, but can increase based on performance.
