URL from Attachments in Salesforce

Hello, I can make necessary changes to display the url of the attachment. I need one clarification: One record in Salesforce can have multiple attachments, for which one would you like the url to appear. Will it be the most recent one, or the oldest one, or some other criteria. If there is already a restriction to add only one attachment, then it can be easily implemented.
