Virtual Assistant for SEO, PPC, etc.

We require a talented individual to help us on a full-time hourly basis. We have approximately 100 client sites and 200 of our own sites that you could be working on.

The key skill sets required are: SEO expertise, SEM/PPC expertise and some minor knowledge of HTML.

## Deliverables

We require a talented individual to help us with the following tasks.

We have approximately 100 client sites and 200 of our own sites. The selected candidate will work on whichever sites we deem to be a priority at a given time.

The selected candidate must do all the work themselves... no outsourcing to others.

We require 150-200 hours per month to be spent on the following tasks:

SEO (50% of time)

- Research to find good inlinks, especially by analyzing competitor sites

- Building those inlinks

- Keyword research for on-page SEO

- Implementing the on-page SEO using our proprietary website system (after a learning period)

Website Maintenance (15% of time)

- Using our proprietary website system which used Microsoft Excel as its front end interface

- Must have basic html knowledge, some experience building websites an asset but not absolutely necessary

- We will pay the selected candidate for the learning period involved in understanding our system

PPC (15% of time)

- Manage Google, Bing/Yahoo campaigns

- Must understand PPC at a high level, e.g. A/B split testing of ads, splitting campaign into numerous adgroups for effectiveness

Miscellaneous (20% of time)

- Google Places maintenance

- Google Analytics

- Google Webmaster Tools

- Internet Research

- Minor Data Entry

- E-mail prospecting
