Disable Export to Excel in Sharepoint

Hi There, I am SharePoint consultant with 12+ years experience of SharePoint, .NET Applications web and desktop, WCF and Rest API. i have strong experience in sharepoint 2007/2010/2013/2016. Worked for various organization departments like HR,Admin,Finance,Quality to set up sharepoint portals.
