I have a blog of my own on BPO / BPM which intends to educate the readers on what this industry is all about. I started with basics and now moving to advanced level. In this project I need an article on "How can you make a career in BPM Industry" which have 100 words summary from my previous articles on my blog so that readers can related this new article to my overall context.
