We now have a pre-defined structure for this role. We are a wealth Management Company - MHD Wealth Management and also a Financial Distribution company - MHD Distribution. Both companies are registered in Hong Kong, but I am on the ground here in [login to view URL] check our website and other digital media. Please read the below requirements, these are mandatory so please do not apply if you do not have the following skills: 1) Business development - Source data and contact potential leads via email and social media channels. 2) We need someone experienced with the following: a) Linked In and Sales Navigator b) Facebook business c) Wordpress for editing the two websites that we have running, we need to keep content up to date and relevant 3) It would be great if you had some experience of copy writing, however, not essential. Though it is essential that you have a high level of English both written and spoken. 3) Some design experience would be ideal, in order that we can design online adverts/flyers etc 4) We will be hosting a Private Client Dinner, middle of March, so will need some assistance in organising this event 5) As above it is mandatory that you are based in the Manila area and are willing to meet for weekly progress and update meetings. We are based in Makati so even better if you are based there. 6) Initially we are looking for someone for 20 hours per week, though the view will be to develop the right candidate and the role into a full time position. We are a new company so would be great to hire someone who would develop with the company/s. 7) We will be looking for someone to start asap

I have used softwares such as Podio, Vumber, Zillow, Mailchimp, Google Docs etc. I've also used Mojo, Propstream, Automarketer, Deal Automator, Spokeo, AwesomeREI, Flipping Mastery, iFlip, Cpanel, Real estate wealth network, and a lot more. Currently looking for a full time/part time job. I value work ethics and professionalism. Also I am based here in Manila. Makati is very accessible to where I am at.
