Excel VBA macro to retrieve, create and update google calendar entries

Please read this description thoroughly before bidding on this project. The first freelancer I hired was unable to do the job. I don't care how long the project takes to complete as long as it works. I am only available for a couple of hours a day so all communications will have to be through freelancer or email. I set up a new google calendar account. You will have to set up the appropriate google developer's console account and APIs. This does not need to be elegant, hardcoding is fine, I will modify things as I need them after you get it to work. I need to be able to post new events, retrieve and modify existing events (change date, time, add reminder, set to confirmed, etc.) - I would like this to be done via UID or by date/time/name since I wouldn't know the UID for events created online. I would also need to be able to find events (kind of like Mozilla Thunderbird - search titles for strings, etc). Once you have this working with the new calendar I will apply the same settings to my own calendar (you will have to tell me which google APIs to turn on) and make sure it works there too. I would prefer that it be done using [login to view URL] requests but if that is not possible I am open to alternatives. Thank you.
