BACNet Stack over existing Hardware

We have a PIC32 based controller that has a PHY 10/100 Port. We would like to implement a BACNet Cient on this hardware. TCP/IP stack is working on the board. We have an existing software with which this code has to be integrated.

Need someone with good experience in PIC32, TCP/IP Stack and BACNet Client implementation to get the code written, tested and integrated in C for us. Payment will be milestones based - You can independently write the code and test it to prove that the code is working. Once we test the working code on our hardware (with a BACNet Server) that will be Milestone 1. 60% Payment will be done here. After that we will need integration support with our existing code. 40% Payment will be done after this activity is completed and tested.
