Bitrix24 Support Administrator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Bitrix24 Support Administrator and Automation Expert to help us with our project. As our Bitrix24 Support Administrator, you will be responsible for the following: Additionally, you will be required to provide weekly reports on the performance of our marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: a. Implement workflows according to defined compliance policy and project management practices over BITRIX24 Cloud. b. Create library of task templates that state KPIs checklist with time sensitivity defining effective time as well as maximum deadline.  c. Setting up workgroups and projects for each business operation cycle and link them according to defined workflows. d. Conduct training according to project management practices for each business operation cycle members. e. Implementing plugins and extensions integration to automate processes over BITRIX24 Cloud. f. Perform unit testing prior to publishing any change or update. g. Maintain high-end support for Bitrix24 in order to resolve any technical bottlenecks. h. Perform and execute the Services at his/her own premises and to deliver the results of his/her work remotely. i. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Bitrix24 integration and automation j. Communicate effectively with our team to ensure project milestones are met on time k. Execution of duties collaboration with all employees of the Company or any specific work group (as needed). l. Ensure availability to render his/her services during the hours agreed with the Company and to have backups for electricity or internet interruptions. Requirements: • Proven experience of 3-5 years in Bitrix24 Support & implementing automation, preferably within the Bitrix24 platform in a recruitment & sales setting • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Bitrix24, marketing automation software and CRM systems • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and efficiently
