Generating reports in rails and improving queries, add views/roles

Hello, I need to finish the generation of some reports, add some views/roles, and improve the code of the already finished parts. Whole system is in Spanish, so its good if you have some knowledge of this language. I will provide PDF versions of the reports I need to generate. The system consist on generating tests for Schools, students answer the test and we generate reports with this results. This project has 4 parts : 1. Finishing Client roles part : ADMIN roles already done, I need to add Client views and roles, and show reports depending on certain conditions. Depending on the user type (admin or client) should show Client or admin menu. This views have some things to add like feedback form and contact form (feedback models are done, I need the form and logic only), detailed in attached file. 2. Add "consolidate and comparative" reports views using ajax-datatables gem (the whole system is developed by this way so you can take the example). 3. Generate reports in PDF , I already generated all individual reports, but now I need to implement some comparative and consolidate reports. Example : "Performance of all evaluations of a school" PDFs with details will be provided. 4. Optimize the controller of individual reports, I need to generate the reports faster, there is a lot of DRY and some eager loading should improve the speed ( I'm taking 45secs-1min to generate a 30 students 40 questions test, can not take 1 hour to generate a comparative report between 2 schools). Gems I'm using : wicked_pdf for PDF generation ajax-datatables for datatables I'm using highcharts for charts Please only bid if you have demonstrable RUBY ON RAILS knowledge. I need a reponsive freelancer that stays in touch, project is hosted at bitbucket. There is a lot to talk about, I have no problem on explaining everything.
