Hello, we need a little windows program. It should do following things: - we need be able to open program with a command line paramenter. - We will send "sale id" as command line parameter. Sale id will be string without spaces in it for example 123-1. - Then program will show popup dialog window and this window need to be in focus and can not be hidden or minimized. Window asks user for some data "Name, Postal code, School, Year, Pre order (YES/NO selector)". - After user did enter this data and press finish button it will save all this data in a csv file together with the Sale ID. - File may called [login to view URL] program should write in it using windows concurant access/lock mechanizm, so several processes may read/write from/to file simultaneously. File should have following columns: sale id,Name,Postal code,School,Year, Pre order, thanks

HI.. What I understand is that a WIndows app should be developed with several fields that will be stored in an .csv file and this Windows app will be called from the command line. Restrictions can be placed to allow multiple users writting in the same file.
