Looking for an advanced CPLEX pro to put my ideas in code and to explain it to me. Hourly work through skype or viber etc. CPLEX shipping optimization code

I am looking for an advanced professional in CPLEX. I have a given shipping optimization model that I have to expand by some constraints and if statements. I need somebody who will through skype, viber etc work with me on the model. I will tell you with words what I want to do, and need somebody who will tell me or write himself the equivalent in coding. Mostly if else statements and constraints. It is a quite advanced shipping model, that is already set up. Now I need to expand it, adding some options and constants. Hence, I need somebody who is very good with CPLEX to execute what I am trying to say. Its 4 GBP per hour. I think that we will need 2-4 hours maybe longer. I need the work to be done this weekend and want to work on it on Sat 29th and Sun 30th in the morning (European time).
