Migrate VB.NET solution ( includes C++ project) from 2005 to 2015 version.

Hi there, I have nearly 25 years of Visual Studio experience, using C++/VC++, going back to the 90s. As for your project and it's porting requirements , on the C++ side of things, unless there a re specific or deprecated Win32 function calls, the migration to VS 2015 should be very simple and straight-forward. This principle should also apply to VB.net code. This is to say that any code that is using WIndows APIs in C++ or VB.NET that is deprecated , will have to be manually looked at , and converted/ported. Rest can be carried through/ported, AS IS. Simple. Once I take a look at the code, I will be able to give you some suggestions and routes to take- including possible challenges we may encounter, during the migration (to VS 2015) process .
