Need AWS expert to convert database to StratML Format

Simply stated, the objective is to convert the relevant elements of the IRS Form 990 database into model performance plan/reports for all of the tax-exempt million+ organizations included in the database. Since the data is not particularly well-suited to the purposes of performance plans and reports, the challenge will be to map the most relevant elements in the database to the elements of the StratML standard. My preliminary mappings are documented at [login to view URL] The desired outputs are individual performance plan/report files for each of the organizations in *valid* StratML Part 2, Performance Plan or Report format, conforming to the latest schema provided at [login to view URL] and presented in a template similar to this: [login to view URL] or perhaps, more simply, like this: [login to view URL] The final wording in the template may change, depending upon feedback from Charity Navigator &/or other potential stakeholders, and it would be good to test the concept with a limited number of the records in the database before converting all million+ of them. Rather than providing files for all of the organizations in bulk, an alternative would be to generate such files for them individually, upon demand. However, that would not achieve the objective of generating a corpus of StratML data sufficient to demonstrate highly useful and scalable StratML query services for more than a million files. The database is available via Amazon Web Services at [login to view URL] Jason Lind has done some preliminary work on it at [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] Gannon Dick has also downloaded a bunch of the data but I’m not sure what, if anything, he may have done with it. Potential value-added users of the data include applications and services being developed by Andre Cusson, Chris Fox, Alejandro Revuelta, Uli Bethke, and Patrick Durusau. Targeted secondary users include the tax-exempt organizations themselves, for such purposes as attracting and justifying contributions and/or engaging prospective performance partners in pursuit of common and complementary objectives. This example shows how the financial data from the Form 990 database has been presented in the context of Charity Navigator’s plan: [login to view URL] However, the data in that example has been entered manually and is a combination of data from the 990 database and Charity Navigator’s website. As indicated above, the challenge will be to see how well the most relevant elements of data in the database can be mapped into the elements of the StratML standard. At a minimum, the names of the organizations and their financial data will be rendered in StratML format in the context of a template along the lines of the one cited above. The purpose of doing so would be to make it as easy as possible for them to flesh out the template with their own goals, objectives, stakeholders, and non-financial performance indicators. With reference to organizations who may choose not to do so, the objective would be to enable their stakeholders (e.g. their contributors) to easily see they have failed to document and openly share their performance plans and report data… and to encourage their stakeholders to take appropriate action based upon such knowledge. Such prospective users would be the third potential set of stakeholders for this initiative.
