Python 2.7 script for smartcard IC ISO7816

The project is developped on RaspBerry Pi3 B+ NOOBS using Python 2.7
We need a python script to read content from smartcard IC ISO7816 using a device SK-288-K001.
As attached you'll find "The manual card reader and communication protocol".
Our goal is get the data from Magnetic Stripe Card (From Manual: 8.7 Magnetic Stripe Card Operation... page 18).
We have to close the project in 48 hours.
