You will be required to compile the software architecture for automating a number of functions in SAP, as well as the communication between SAP and the underlying system. From past experience it is estimated to be approximately 40 hours of work. Therefore the budget has been compiled for 40 hours of work. Subsequent to completion of this project, you will be required to attend online meetings with Solution Architects in the downstream portions of the system. Such attendances will be remunerated on an ad hoc basis on a pre-agreed tariff. If it then requires changes to your architecture, such changes will be remunerated on the same rate, provided the changes have been pre-approved.
