VBA / Access / CSV professional wanted to create tool

Here are a few details: We are an online trade and handle all business processes through a merchandise management system. I regularly pull the statistics as a CSV file from the system. This includes the following files: - Current stock (CSV) -Sales of the last 14 days (CSV) -Article Database (EXCEL) The first two CSV files I read about the query function in Excel. I then made a little "program", if you want to call it that, tinkered. I also worked a bit with VBA. However, the tool is very limited. The queried files must always have the same file path and must not be named differently. The files must not deviate from the internal structure, that is lines and columns must always have the same format. I use the tool to get the requisite order quantity for our various stock items, of which we have many. I then pass on this list to our supplier. Why am I doing this? Of course you can also carry out orders on minimum stocks, which can be set in WaWi. But because of our large number of different items, I also need to know how much I have to reorder from each item. This is not calculated by our WaWi. The whole thing should now look a little more professional and above all be universally applicable. I would like to Select files from any location on your hard disk and let them analyze. Also our article database is currently an Excel file. It now leads over 1000 lines and for such Excel is well known not designed. Access would then come into play here. Later, I would also like to have the income statement, etc. create over the program. It would be nice if you can integrate that later or maybe already. If necessary, I can send everything I can the "program" also like in its components.
