I've been a professional developer for more than a decade, and I think this kind of program is well within my knowledge because I have implemented solutions like this previously. I say this because years ago I had developed in C a muliticlient IRC chat server that ran under Linux and other Unix-like OSs. So implementing TCP/IP code under Linux using sockets is nothing new for me. Just a question: The program run on the console without a graphical interface, right?
