Write some software to help reduce the time checking Teacher write ups

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . **Short description of requirements Each teacher fills out a word document Form about how each class went that week before Sunday 8pm  1. compare created date of file against a deadline (8pm on the Sunday of that week)-- if done before " on time" , if done after "late/not done" 2. Track the page number done in class to see if the teacher are progressing through the books with their students ( some students don't use books which he perfectly fine and won't require a teacher to add the page number)  3. Check to see if the teacher has wrote and comment - if not comment =no if yes comment =yes and an option to display the comment All the reviewing / checking will happen the following week ***long Description  I am running a small school (class types - VIP (1 student ) V2P (2students) Big class ( max 10 students) ) that requires a teacher to fill out a form about how each class went. Each class is usually 40/60mins long so by the end of the week(Sunday 8pm deadline) a teacher will have 15/25(maybe more / maybe less) forms to complete.  The form is very easy consisting of checkbox and minimal writing sections and is currently filled in use word ( if you find excel works easier there not problem changing ). The information on the form called " What we Learned" is as follows: Student name Teacher name Level Student book page number Workbook page number phonics reader page number Phonics Acitivity page number No book (checkbox) listening- multi choice - checkboxes Speaking- multi choice -check boxes Reading - multi choice - check boxes What Phonics letters where covered - Overall comment  I have the from already complete to show what I mean. These files are then saved in a dir like so //---what we learned- 2017 - teacher_name - student_name - [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] .......and so on  The following week someone we compare the timetable looking for three main things : 1. Whether or not the form was filled out one time i.e. Before the Sunday 8pm deadline  2. Make a note of the page numbers to see if how the student is progressing through the book i.e. 01/01/2017 student book page numbers: 2-4 , 07/01/2017 student book pages numbers : 5-7 , 14/01/2017 student book pages numbers: 7-10 --- by looking at the past three weeks of forms and the page numbers in each, can see they have went from page 2 to page 10  3. If there is comment in the comment section and what that comment is.  Right now one person, some time during the following week, gets the past weeks timetable it which has the teachers name, the students name and class time plus a note if that student AFLed (canceled) that week and photocopies it. The person will look then go through the teachers folders - each folder containing X no. of student folder with each student folder containing x amount of forms checking for above 1/2/3 and if there is one missing he will making it down beside the students name on a paper copy last weeks timetable. When he goes through all the students for that teacher he wrote the amount missing underneath ie John 8 Jack 2 James 0 On the 24th of the month the same person goes back over and counts up the number of missing "what we learned" forms for each teacher and for all teacher i.e. 1st -Xth - John 8 Jack 2 James 0 Xth- Xth - John 1 jack 0 James 0 Xth- Xth - John 1 jack 0 James 0 Xth- Xth - John 0 jack 0 James 0 Month X missing what we learned report:  Dates 1st-25th John total: 10 Jack total: 2 James total :0 Monthly total: 12  As you can imagine it's a quite time consuming process as it has to be done each week so the project would be to help cut this reviewing time down as much possible.  I a have background in web / software development but not much time to code theses days but I know that if there something a person has to do over and over again without much changes ...... there's a loop for that. Things to note:The working week is Wednesday to Sunday The timetable is printed on a piece of paper Sometimes a class would be AFL (cancelled) If a class has been AFL it will be marked on the sheet and the teacher does not have to fill a form for that student that week. ( i think having a checkbox " AFL : yes /no " if a there is a missing form from that week)  All monthly counts are from between the 25th -25th of each month useless the 25th falls on a day other than Monday or Tuesday the total of missing "what we learned" for that week won't be accounted for that months total missing "what we learned" ... Examples- [login to view URL] B's 25th is on a Monday That monthly count would be from 26th Month A to the 24th Month B  Month B's 25th is on a Saturday That monthly count would be from 26th Month A to the 19th Month B In this case monthB's 25th fell during the we don't included that weeks count until the next month Since Month B's 25th fell on a Saturday the next months  "Months C's" count would be from 22nd* Month B to the 24th MonthC *two days off each week Monday and Tuesday.  The reason we don't include that week is as the deadline is always Sunday 8pm so we don't expect or want teachers to worry about it until the end of the week. Some weeks the total monthly count consists of three weeks other time is may include up to 5 weeks.  There are holidays throughout the year and we are very flexible with teachers taking holidays/sick days so some weeks there will be no need to check for the forms for that teacher or for any teacher.  One last thing it's doesn't have to be pretty or fancy looking just working. ------ Sorry for writing such a long project description but I wanted to explain as much as could so he hopefully will have all the information you need
