I think I am clear with everything and there will be no issue doing it, but I have a question about E column point 9 (if I get it right) - in the description that is a field with data, but in the worksheet that is an empty field. The could would loop through all the boxes on the sheet and un-check them (that way if you add / remove check-boxes the code will not break) 2. Add a new column in AW which takes a running count of the number of TRUE responses (this would shift the existing AW and AX columns by one) 3. Use the max of this column to determine where the numbering in the C column should stop 4. Use the numbering in the C column and the new count in the AW column to create a look-up which populates column E without gaps. I would prefer to take this approach rather than tackling it all with VBA, as this allows for more flexibility to change the sheet going forward.
