• Project Planning, Sprint Planning for smooth Execution, Project Delivery within the stipulated time
• Establishing, implementing, and improving QA infrastructure; test procedures, process, and quality standards in accordance with overall development and product releases
• Attending project management meetings and conducting shift/team meetings with Supervisors
• Communicating corporate quality standards across the project
• Maintaining an effective quality management system to continuously identify opportunities for improvement while adhering to contract driven key performance requirements
• Ensuring the performance and quality of services as per company and regulatory standards
• Updating knowledge of the project program and requirements to ensure contract compliance
• Managing implementation and compliance of Quality Management Program, including record keeping and training of department-level Quality representatives
• Analyzing internal and external clients' expectations related to quality management
• Performing and coaching others in data analysis and perform root cause analysis
• Producing the quality assurance and performance reports as required by contract and project operations
• Providing feedback on requirements and functional specifications and inputs to Site
