TOURIST PROJECT
Specs:
Progressive tourism project, with an ecological and sustainable requirement, planned over a period of six (6) months, evolving in stages according to the occupation priorities in an area no larger than 500m2.
The project includes the architectural design in 2d and 3d of the environments defined in this document and the on-site consultancy (remotely) during construction, as in our previous projects.

DESCRIPTION OF EACH STAGE

The main house: It will be the strategic administrative and activities center, as well as the distribution node to each area within the complex. The materials will be those agreed with the client: cured pine wood and adobe, with typical architecture in the Arizona, United States style.

Location within the terrain: Of everything that comprises the project, including the location of the 7 domes imported from China and the 3 type suites, with their respective modified topographic approach (without earth movement calculations), for which the Joint work with the topographer who will carry out the original survey and who must work with "Total Station", in order to guarantee the location on the plane of important tree species, water courses, soil irregularities and other important data. This includes the location of the barn, corrals, greenhouses, and the walk around the field.

Architectural development of the spaces detailed on the next page and the study of interaction inside the land. At this stage I will work on the internal distribution, sections and facades, in addition to the basic proposals for distribution and basic services so that it serves as a reference for the specialists who will carry out the final plans, calculations and work.

The interior design proposals will only be referential to give way to the final proposals that the specialist will develop.

5.The landscape proposal will be suggested between the housing project process and the site, in order to start the path that the specialist will work on site from the beginning, so that the plants have an attractive layout and growth with the entire development plan and appropriate to the environment.
Note: As agreed, the participation of other professionals regarding interior design, the electrical and topographic approach, calculations and consultancies, are not contemplated in this budget.
