Looking for someone with Kafka/ Confluent Experience

This is 7/80 hours monthly full time support job. The person must be willingly to support 5 to 6 hours daily and the hours are 10 am to 4 pm eastern [login to view URL] he/she might work during my office hour remotely... The timing is eastern New York time.. Depends on the work, he/she can convert to a full time employee. This job is monthly contract, which means you get paid if there is no work for that day. I am looking for the following skills. Someone who have good knowledge of Kafka and can troubleshoot Kafka messaging system. The person should know the following: -Experience with Kafka/ Confluent Messaging System. - Physical Deployment across multiple environments - Optimization and Tuning - Standards and Patterns Development - User Guide Development and Training overviews for supporting teams - Provide troubleshooting and best practices methodology for development teams. This includes process automation and new application onboarding. - Design monitoring solutions and baseline statistics reporting to support the implementation Please don't waste your time and my time if you are not serious or can't support the hours+ Plus the experience required for this job..
