Short experiment design SPSS MIXED ANOVA 2x2 repeated measures around 1350-1400 words

I need to design short experiment on children with anxiety v children with no anxiety in regards to attentional bias. This experiment have to be MIXED ANOVA 2x2 Repeated Measures. I've got all ready data set to run it in SPSS. You must design a realistic and workable experiment to assess the following type of cognitive bias: attentional bias. Biases of attention have been studied in the areas of anxiety (state/trait/phobias), depression, eating disorders, drugs and alcohol – to name but a few.
