I have about a dozen HQL files that I need analyzed. The files move data access data in Hive and build an external table in Redshift Spectrum. I need each table/column traced as it moves from one platform to another. This task will require familiarity with Hive, Redshift and intermediate SQL knowledge. There isn't a lot of transformation using SQL, but there is some. The deliverable will be for the freelancer to explain what is happening and drawing diagrams for each file in something like Visio or another similar program. You will need to be able to present ID, sign an NDA, etc. to get paid on this job. You will also need to be able to do the analysis in real-time, synchronously, as I cannot let the files leave my control. In your response, please describe your experience with Hive/Redshift/SQL and quote me an hourly rate.
