Image to Document Manager

Image to Document Management This project is Based in the computer vision api of Azure, our goal is bring a platform of management documents based on images scanned from physicals documents. The platform is based y 2 areas and worked by a same portal: 1. Import text form image (JPG, PNG or other supported by Computer Vision) 2. Document Management Import Text from Image: 1. This area must import the image send it to the Computer vision API and convert this in to a JSON file. 2. This Json FILE must recreate a document in WORD or PDF with the extract of the image 3. At the moment of the import we need manage tags, names, directory and path to store the image by bulk or individual, 4. The Json and documents is stored in a azure blob(this is stored in a Azure Blob Storage and managed by the Azure Search). 5. The tool will provide a webpage for import the bulk or individual images, and a script for import. Search document: 1. After the document was created and stored in a blob storage, the tool will provide a webpage for search and manage the files. 2. With help of the Azure Search we need search text in the inner of each file created. 3. After each search if the text is finded the tool must display the line and position of the text finded in the PDF and Word file, the name of the image where was found, the name and path of the image and documents. 4. Must have the ability of download the files if was needed. General Requirements: 1. The tool must be web. 2. The tool must be multi user and multi-tenant. 3. The tool must use multiple blob storage, one or many for each tenant. 4. Of preference the tool must run like a azure web app 5. The app must store in a DB the users and passwords 6. The app must store the number of images managed by the tool 7. The app must work in HTTPS 8. The app must store the api Keys and url in the DB (encrypted) 9. The app must manage 2 kind of users: a. Root user: is our user (segasoftware) this will see all the configurations and core of the app b. End user: this user is our customer they only can upload files, create tags, create folders, and this kind of things. 10. The app will provide the functionalities for each kind of user. 11. The IP and source code will be property of SegaSoftware.
