The probabilities you want to calculate are somewhat simple when it comes to the principle they use, but when the numbers change with how many of each card we want and how many we do not want, it gets confusing sometimes. If what you want is just the probability, it can be easily calculated. I can write some codes to randomly draw 20 cards out of the standard 52 cards, and do that for like one million times. Then, we calculate how many times the conditions are met. + You perhaps need to consider the budget. I think it is relatively high for a task of this level of simplicity.
