Hello, I am Brant Fischer and am planning on building a free standing garage on my property. I would like to get a structural engineer to design a simple concrete pier and grade beam foundation for this garage in Loveland, Ohio. I want to use a pier and beam instead of traditional foundation because of a large tree that is near where the garage will be located. This ideally will minimize the need to hack through large roots. Please let me know if there are questions pricing this simple design.
