Synchronizing Error

Emails are not downloaded to my computer from the hosting server through Microsoft Outlook.
I can see new emails arriving to my mailbox on the webmail but they remain there even when I click on send/receive on Outlook. They are not received there, instead, I receive Synchronizing Error messages.
