the simplest way is you should have a statip ip address, if your home isp address is changed rarely then i can route trafic to your home computer via your public ip either you need remote desktop or the application share regards AGR

Dear Sir, There are many solutions to resolve your remote access issue. 1) If you are trying to publish this desktop application from your Windows 10 workstation via RDP protocol (Terminal Services Scenario), we can use the TSPlus terminal server application to publish your application as a normal RDP based terminal services application or as web browser based terminal services application. The TSplus application is licenced but quite cheap. For this solution some port forwarding configuration on the ISP modem and a dynamic DNS will also be required. For more information on this please check the TSPlus website. 2) If you want to give access to this workstation, to one remotely connected device, you can use Teamviewer, Anydesk or Nomachine remote access software. This does not require much configuration and is easy to setup. They are also mostly free for personal use and use SSL to encrypt traffic. If you are having multiple devices connecting to this workstation, then a license will be required. 3) If you want to setup a secure VPN based solution, you can use Softether remote access VPN. This is a free VPN software and is easily configurable. With this, you can choose to use PPTP, L2TP/IPsec, SSL technologies to provide security. It also has inbuilt Dynamic VPN service.
