capstone MSN

i need my intro, research question (which is what are nurses perceptions of palliative care versus hospice?), along with my problem statement and statement of purpose. IN my opinion- nurses do not know the difference btwn palliative care and hospice. My problem statement can have something to do with that. IE- The problem identified is that nurses aren't properly educated between the differences of palliative care and hospice and therefore don't refer to these services because they do not know what service to refer nor what these services have to offer. (it needs to sound better than that but its kind of the direction i want to go in) i need the intro packed full of data and stats required by my capstone professor. ie- how many americans die each yr? how many americans utilize hospice? palliative care? how many died without it? articles on nurses who make referrals? or dont make referrals? i would love for the same person who writes this short piece to then write the whole manuscript (capstone). it needs to be in APA.
