Appointment Setting, calls

You must be able to call me to discuss details 509 466 9787 i.e. I do not want to waste my time on chats/texts. Once you go through initial discussion, will use txts, emails, etc.. Call me between 11a.m. and 11 p.m. my time (Spokane, WA). Compensation: $25 per each appointment made, which must be according to our requirements and, in order to get paid, an appointment must happen and be valid i.e. an excuse like "customer forgot that there is an appointment with a salesman" will not be accepted. You will submit daily reports to sales managers where you called, etc. even if you did not make an appointment. Subsequent follow-ups on potential accounts/sales will be compensated with commission of a sale (one time, 10% of monthly billing, spread over 6 months, if account is served/cleaned).

FYI: An average janitorial account is about $3,000/mo (could be from $500 to $40,000/mo) and one salesman should be able (with your help) to sell a min. of $100,000/mo or more billing, within a year. If you make 20 app/week * $25 each = $500 a week + comm. $50K a year is pretty possible if you work more and are good at it.

To be successful, I believe, you must speak fluent American English and have an understanding of American culture. Leads will be generated from databases like InfoUSA, so I must know how to handle it or will provide you with an unpaid opportunity to learn how to handle it.
