Barcelona (Spain): Coordinator for Phone Survey project (35 days)

Thank you for considering me for this project. I am a full time employed professional working in the centre of Barcelona. I would be able to easily find 11 people willing to take part in this project, with a wide range of backgrounds as requested. my questions: 1. Will each person be required to use the phone entirely or can they use it as well as their personal phone still? 2. Will you provide a different sim card and phone number for this phone? 3. what additional tasks will I be required to do as part of coordinating this project? Many thanks Carl

Hi, First of all, I'd like to thank you for reaching out! Seeing as you've invited me to the project, I assume I can skip introducing myself and get directly to the point, which is your project. I noticed that my bid is considerably higher than what the other candidates have bid so far, but allow me to explain. I have considerable experience in the organisation of people to reach a common goal, ranging from event organisation to in-house project management for large companies, so I've made some basic calculations/assumptions first: - To find 11 REAL (and realistic) users would be no problem. I know who to reach out to already, but as an incentive to use your phones besides their own, it would be my suggestion to offer them something. I've assumed a $100 per person, with a total of $1'100. In my experience, this part is key in achieving a satisfying result according to the objectives you have for this project. It's better to spend a bit more for quality feedback, then to spend a little less and end up with unsatisfactory feedback. - I've set my own rate at $35 per day for this project in Barcelona (total of $1'125), which is really the minimum I can offer. This is a fraction of what I would usually charge, but it's a calm month for me and I'd like to get involved in the project.
