Looking for telemarketer 20 hours per week

I am looking for someone to cold call targeted lists for real estate investment company. Pay can be hourly plus bonuses for closed leads. Must provide a voice sample and follow a well rehearsed script and flow chart. Knowledge of real estate wholesaling, flipping and investment a plus but not required.
