We are a Real Estate acquisitions company looking for individuals with experience closing Real Estate purchases over the phone. If you only have experience cold calling and setting appointments this is not the right job for you. Pay and bonuses will be significant for the right person who is a born closer, understands how to talk to sellers about the real value of their home and can get contracts signed. I have also worked for a Miami based realtor on FSBO listing for a tenure of 6 months, and my last position was with a National Real Estate Auction firm based in CA for Client Acquisitions tenure 2 and a half years. 1)I have previously worked on CRM's like Costar, MOJO and Vulcan7(Real Estate Campaign's). 2)I have also worked on data research and data scrapping projects via costar and loopnet. 3)I can start asap. Hello Regarding the recording i hope you don't mind if i send it during chat its much safer. Born and raised in New York Queens, Native English speaker. Now regarding my experience i have made cold calls professionally for a real estate investment group, and i was closing the deals myself, i started from cold calling inheritance list or probate list etc and followed up with potential sellers until i created the deal negotiated prices and let them know the real value for their home in the area and if they were to list it with a realtor they would only take x amount after closing costs and commission fees. i would love to jump on a call to prove any detail you would like but writing it all here is not my style. I am looking for a long term strong opportunity especially with the experience i will bring along thank you for your time looking forward for a chat and will send you a recording then or CV
