Now regarding my experience i have made cold calls professionally for a real estate investment group, and i was closing the deals myself, i started from cold calling inheritance list or probate list etc and followed up with potential sellers until i created the deal negotiated prices and let them know the real value for their home in the area and if they were to list it with a realtor they would only take x amount after closing costs and commission fees. i would love to jump on a call to prove any detail you would like but writing it all here is not my style.
