We are looking for highly motivated individual to join our team and work directly with our Area Manager. We pay an hourly rate, PLUS a bonus structure! Do you speak English well? Do you have experience making business to business appointments? Are you looking to form a long term relationship with a company and share in our success? We want you to talk to you. System4 is a commercial cleaning company that services accounts in New England. We are looking for a strong insides salesperson to work directly with our Area Manager calling businesses to schedule appointments for a FREE quote for janitorial services for their business. You're not selling anything! We provide competitive compensation, the leads, a team atmosphere, a flexible schedule, and all the tools you need to succeed! My experiences on the telephone are to do cold calling, appointment setting, and I have experience doing calls for real estate. The dialers I had experienced were mojo dialer, xencall, and vicidial. I've been working as an outbound sales representative in a BPO industry for about one year. I used to work in an office-based and I've been through different accounts like auto insurance, medicare, student loan, and health insurance. I have experience in appointment setting: calling random people asking if they are interested in selling their property and ask a few simple questions about the property if they are interested in selling. My task in my previous real estate job was to call random people and ask them if they are interested in selling their property. Then, if they are, I will be asking a few simple questions about the property while taking down the information and my client will be the one to call them back at their convenient time to discuss numbers. I had the opportunity to work with several dialers and CRM’s. And I use a fully dedicated high-end desktop computer with a complete set of licensed software, Plantronics wired USB call center headset, 5 Mbps speed wired internet connectivity and a dedicated home office.
