design new house plan from exitsing plan, plus supply photos and walk through video

I have a basic floor plan that I wish to change and improve on. I want freelancer to supply new house plan based on existing changes. 2 plans are required, 1 using standard columns and beams and the other using a steel frame. House plan is single level and is about 350 square meter in total. room sizes are to be supplied with produced plan. 10 rendered images as well as 1 60 second walk though interior and 1 30 second exterior video is to be supplied. All plans to be supplied in pdf, and jpeg format as well as original editable plan file. If using program like roomplanner or homestyler then the editable file is to be supplied. will need up to 3 reviews and changes to the plan supplied by the freelancer. Only bid if you have experience in architecture design. job muse be started within 6 hours of being awarded and first draft due within 24 hours.
