Redraw excisting 3-d sketches to a more contemporary look

Good day, This project replaces my previous post where I posted based on an hourly rate. Sorry, for the mistake, I am new to Freelancer. Scope of work: Please find attached 2 images 1- sample old and new [login to view URL] This is a sample of what we require. The top drawing (with the big green lawn?) is our "old style" drawing. This drawing is re-designed in the white and grey contemporary building below. The technical details with the pointers remain the same content but are obviously also nicely integrated in the new design. 2- buffer 21102015 a (1).png This is another drawing which we need to re-design in a similar re-design style to the sample (attachment 1- sample old an new [login to view URL]) You are free to use ANY similar contemporary building/setting (can be any of your excisting drawings) as long as the technical point can be implemented in the drawing in a prevailing way, and will be easily understood by the visitor of the website where the images are used.
