Do some 3D Modelling

Hi we got some furniture that needs to be done. - please keep in mind this is going to be used inside a game engine. Unreal4. Keep the poly count minimum, but try to maintain detail. - We need it modeled and textured. The Set IDs / Material IDs need to be kept to a minimum as-well For example the Love Seat -keep it under 1200 Poly's -The bed can be 1 material ID and the pillows can be a separate material ID(Pillows to be individual objects so they can be used by themselves). -The objects need to be unwrapped and keep the textures quite high at 4096x4096 Please quote for all items (please use AUD currency) and i will adjust the budget to appropriate amount. We need this done within roughly 3 - 4 days.
