We are a design and construction business, we build playgrounds, zip lines, adventure structures that type of thing.
Many of the projects we build are custom, my process currently involves me meeting the client personally, collecting their ideas and sketching them, refining them, then providing a quote for the building.
Your job will be to produce one or all of a series of illustrations.
1. (Sales Illustration)- Using my pencil line sketches, and after discussion, generate a (Sales Illustration), this will show off some aspect of the structure. EG kids playing on it. The function of the Sales illustration is to show architecturally how the structure will look/function, it will typically be fairly “low information” to try to limit others copying.
2. (Layout Plan) This will be a plan view showing the footprint. The function of the layout plan is to show how much space the structure will take up.
3. (Elevations) 1 or more drawings to show the heights and levels, and materials used to make the structure. The function of the elevations drawings is to communicate with approving authorities.
4. Drafting . When we have won the project, we usually have a fair idea how we want to put the structure together, and have thought about some of the key detailing. The function of the drafting work is to communicate what we wish to build/and how we wish to build. with the structural engineer.
I would like these drawings delivered in friendly 2D formats PDF or JPG or similar. So that we can e mail them around and put them on the web.

if so perhaps you could show me something that is comparable/similar/suitable (it might be work that you have done, or just something showing the software you plan you use).
I have been doing this myself using sketchup and layout, and the quality is Okay. Im just looking to find someone that can take over that role from me, and no doubt improve on my “self taught” skills.
Hi, I like very much your project, I do sales proposals every two months since 2013 for a canadian company called Oasis Playground, they sell water parks, but in their case I usually do the CAD design with measures and 2-3 rendered 3D images.
I am expert using C4D,is a software similar to sketchup, able to produce sketches. I would like to see the sketched you have done. So I can render a sketch example similar to yours. All four plans can be delivered on PDF or JPG.
