GTA V Skin/Model converted into GTA:SA

Hello there, I'm a dedicated game modder and have worked on many GTA: SA mods in the past. I can convert the skin for the player character (with the ability to wear clothes, get tattoos and so on), Also I can use it to replace another in-game character (like Sweet, Big Smoke or any other character you like so you can play alongside Franklin Clinton for example) In either case the task should be doable (and rather fast and cheap in the case of NPC replacement) I will convert any skin to your satisfaction and provide an AUTO-Installer for it.
